WHO WE ARE
Spectrum Singers in an inclusive SATB choir rooted in protest, change, and equity for all. Proudly representing Spokane, Washington.
Founded in 2018, Spokane Spectrum Singers is an inclusive SATB choir rooted in protest, change, and equity for all. As a proud member of GALA Choruses, we use the power of music to foster belonging, celebrate diverse voices, and build community.
Our singers come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, united by a shared love of music and a belief in its ability to inspire, connect, and create positive change. Through performances and community engagement, we strive to create spaces where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Spectrum Singers has two performance seasons each year. Our spring season begins in January and concludes with a concert in May, while our fall season begins in August and concludes with our winter concert in December. Both celebrate themes of community, hope, and connection through music. Additionally, we host two fundraising variety shows each year, typically in April and October, featuring drag performances, live music, karaoke-style acts, a silent auction, and so much fun while supporting our mission.
